An Independent Day School For Students in Grades 6 Through 12

Global Adventures

Global awareness and education are integral aspects of a Derryfield education. Whether it's a class on Global Sustainability, World Justice, or the New Hampshire Primary, a service project working with refugees in the Manchester community, or volunteering in a Romanian orphanage, our students are always expanding their horizons. Each year, Derryfield offers middle and upper school students a variety of domestic and international trips and exchanges; all with a significant service and/or cultural theme. These trips offer so much more than just a chance to get away; often, they are transformative experiences that reshape students' perspectives of the world. Read on for more.

Summer Programs

Are you passionate about theatre? Do you want to improve your lacrosse skills or learn how to write a really effective college essay? At The Derryfield School, we offer a wide range of summer programs that are available to elementary through high school age children.

Whether it is partaking in a play and learning about the world of performing with the Derryfield Repertory Theatre, racing after the lacrosse ball and improving ones stick skills with Granite State Lacrosse camps, preparing for SAT’s with a Derryfield faculty member, or charging down the field after the soccer ball with the Magic Touch Soccer Academy, Derryfield offers excellent programs that are fun, active, and engaging.
