Ellie Murphy is an upper school Latin teacher and serves as the Head Class Advisor for the ninth grade. She grew up playing a variety of sports, including volleyball, basketball, and softball, which sparked her lifelong passion for athletics and teamwork. Throughout her career at independent schools, she has coached several different sports and values the opportunity to connect with students beyond the classroom setting. Last year, she began coaching strength and conditioning at Derryfield and has truly enjoyed supporting students as they work toward their individual fitness goals.
