Derryfield Creates 2020
It has been a long time in the making: the Lyceum Gallery's second virtual exhibition, Derryfield Creates 2020 is now LIVE! This exhibition features the creative explorations of 19 members of the Derryfield community (faculty, staff, students, & alumni) and includes photography, drawing, music, poetry, and much more.
Over the past six months, our community has found unique and thoughtful ways of creating. Many pulled out the sewing machine from the closet and started making face masks, donating and sharing them with our community and beyond. Others created their first sourdough starters and began to bake on a more regular basis. New businesses, like Mr. Watt's Concord Bee Company, were formed. And, photography, drawing, painting, and music allowed for documentation and self expression during these unprecedented times. These are just a small sampling of the ways Derryfield Students, Faculty, Staff, Families, and Community Members have demonstrated their resilience and creativity over the past months. Take a few moments from your day to help us to celebrate the creativity of some of our community members in Derryfield Creates 2020.
Located in Manchester, NH, The Derryfield School is a private day school for grades 6-12. Students benefit from a challenging academic program, fine and performing arts, competitive athletics, and a wide selection of extracurricular activities.
