Parents, this page is your primary source for documents that you will need from May through August each year. Several of these documents must be completed and returned to the school by July 15 in preparation for the 2013-2014 school year.
Regarding the School Calendar, please note that Class Retreats in August are mandatory attendance days for all students and attendance will be taken. Students may not participate in school activities, including pre-season sports and class retreats, unless all required forms are returned.
There are a number of forms that are required (as indicated in the upper right hand corner of the form) and must be returned to the school by July 15.
