The Derryfield School is pleased to offer our Merit Scholarship Program in support of our Mission and Core Values. Approximately 5% of our students receive some form of merit assistance.

Founders Scholars Program
This program recognizes students who exhibit qualities that the founding members of The Derryfield School envisioned - qualities of respect for diverse ideas, beliefs and cultures; commitment to personal integrity and fairness; and willingness to institute thoughtful change. Academic performance and extracurricular involvement are also factors in the decision-making process.

Steps for applying
It’s easy to apply… new students complete a merit application while following the regular admission application process. All documents must be received by the Admission Office by February 1, 2013. Students who have completed the entire admission application process AND a merit application by the deadline will be eligible for consideration.
